- We reserve the right to refuse multiple entries. No second entry allowed, and you cannot book more than one slot.
- Personal shoppers are not allowed to take orders on the event day.
- Children are welcome, but those aged 13 years and above require a paid ticket for entry.
- Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
- All sales are final; tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

- Your email confirmation serves as your access ticket to the event.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and valid contact information for ticket delivery.
- The RM25 ticket price will be converted into a RM25 cash voucher redeemable at the event and only applicable for CalaQisya and ASAL Lelaki’s product.
- This RM25 Cash Voucher is valid for use at the event from 25–28 June 2026 only.
- This voucher is only applicable for CalaQisya and ASAL Lelaki’s products.
- To redeem the RM25 Cash Voucher, customers must enter the unique voucher code at the discount section on the website before proceeding with payment.
- Applicable for all items.
- Only a single voucher can be used in a single transaction.
- This voucher is non-refundable. it cannot be exchanged for cash in parts or in full.
- Not applicable for online purchase.
- Voucher cannot be used with any other sale or promotion items.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items and no replacement will be provided under these circumstances.
- During redemption, the difference in price will be added by customers if the total amount of the receipt exceeds the cash voucher.
- CalaQisya and ASAL reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms and conditions without any prior notice.
- CalaQisya and ASAL retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered or found in any way unacceptable.
- Any unused value after the validity period will be forfeited.
