TICKET PURCHASE AND DELIVERY:
1. We reserve the right to refuse multiple entries. No second entry allowed, and you cannot book more than one slot.
2. Personal shoppers are not allowed to take orders on the event day.
3. Children are welcome, but those aged 13 years and above require a paid ticket for entry.
4. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
5. All sales are final; tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
6. Tickets will be sent electronically via email.
7. Your email confirmation serves as your access ticket to the event.
8. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and valid contact information for ticket delivery.
9. The RM25 ticket price will be converted into a RM25 cash voucher redeemable at the event and only applicable for CalaQisya and ASAL Lelaki’s product.

CASH VOUCHER & T&CS:
1. This RM25 Cash Voucher is valid for use at the event from 25–28 June 2026 only.
2. This voucher is only applicable for CalaQisya and ASAL Lelaki’s products.
3. To redeem the RM25 Cash Voucher, customers must enter the unique voucher code at the discount section on the website before proceeding with payment.
4. Applicable for all items.
5. Only a single voucher can be used in a single transaction.
6. This voucher is non-refundable. it cannot be exchanged for cash in parts or in full.
7. Not applicable for online purchase.
8. Voucher cannot be used with any other sale or promotion items.
9. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items and no replacement will be provided under these circumstances.
10. During redemption, the difference in price will be added by customers if the total amount of the receipt exceeds the cash voucher.
11. CalaQisya and ASAL reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms and conditions without any prior notice.
12. CalaQisya and ASAL retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered or found in any way unacceptable.
13. Any unused value after the validity period will be forfeited.

TICKET PRICING AND PAYMENT:
1. Customers will receive a booking link via email.
2. Customers must click on the booking link to access the ticket reservation page.
3. Each booking link is valid for one (1) time slot reservation only. Once a time slot has been selected and the booking is completed, the same link cannot be used to reserve additional slots.
4. Available event time slots will be displayed, and customers may select their preferred slot, subject to availability.
5. Upon selecting a time slot, customers will be directed to the payment page to complete the purchase of the RM25 ticket.
6. The ticket prices are stated in the local currency and include any applicable taxes or fees.
7. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Only authorised payment methods available on the website will be accepted.
8. A booking is only confirmed upon successful payment. Customers will receive an on-screen confirmation and/or email confirmation once their ticket slot has been successfully secured.
9. Ticket slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
10. The RM25 ticket fee is non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organiser.
11. The RM25 ticket fee will be issued as an RM25 Cash Voucher, redeemable during the event in accordance with the event terms and conditions.

EVENT DETAILS AND CHANGES:
1. Event details, including the date, time, venue, and lineup, are subject to change.
2. Ticket buyers will be notified of any significant changes via the contact information provided during the ticket purchase process.
3. CalaQisya reserves the right to make alterations to the program or cancel the event. In case of cancellation, refund options, if available, will be communicated to ticket buyers.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND SECURITY:
1. Each ticket is valid for one (1) ticket holder and one (1) accompanying guest only. Additional guests will not be permitted. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry for duplicate, copied, or invalid tickets.

PURCHASE GUIDELINES AT THE EVENT:
1. All purchases must be made via the event website by scanning the QR code provided by our Sales Associates.
2. Customers are required to log in to their CalaQisya account before making any purchases.
3. Browse and select your desired items on the website.
4. Cash payments are not accepted. Payments may only be made via the available payment methods on the website, including Payment Gateway, SPayLater, and Moby.
5. Items are only considered successfully secured upon successful payment. Adding items to the cart does not reserve or guarantee product availability.
6. Due to limited stock availability, customers are encouraged to complete their purchases promptly. Items may become unavailable if payment is not completed in time.
7. Customers will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful payment.
8. Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been processed and is ready for collection. Orders are generally available for collection within a minimum of two (2) hours from the time of purchase, subject to operational requirements.
9. Customers must proceed to the designated Pick-Up Area and present their order confirmation to collect their purchased items.
10. A collection confirmation email will be sent once the order has been successfully collected.
11. Customers who wish to make additional purchases may scan the QR code again and repeat the purchase process.
12. Returns and exchanges will not be entertained during the event period. Any return or exchange requests may only be processed at CalaQisya retail stores from Tuesday, 30 June 2026 onwards, subject to the company's standard return and exchange policy.
13. CQ Points can be earned for eligible purchases made during the event.
14. Customers must present their purchase receipt at the Redemption Counter to redeem event coin(s). One (1) event coin will be awarded for every one (1) eligible item purchased, excluding accessories. Redeemed coin(s) may be used for food, drinks, games, photobooth activities, and participating event attractions. Food and beverage items are available while stocks last.
15. The organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these guidelines at any time without prior notice.

EVENT RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT:
1. Please arrive at your designated time slot to ensure smooth entry and a seamless shopping experience.
2. To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the event area.
3. Be kind, respectful, and enjoy the vibe! This is a space to connect, mingle, and celebrate together.
4. Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. CalaQisya reserves the right to use and share these materials.
5. No outside food or beverages are allowed within the event venue.
6. Need help? Feel free to speak to any of our Sales Associates, they'll be happy to assist you.
7. Please follow instructions from our team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
8. Keep your personal belongings secure. CalaQisya is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
9. Ticket holders are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by CalaQisya and the venue.
10. Any behaviour that disrupts the event or poses a risk to others may result in ejection from the premises without refund.

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER:
1. CalaQisya and venue are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft sustained by ticket holders before, during, or after the event.
2. Ticket holders attend the event at their own risk, and the event organizer, venue, and ticketing platform shall not be held responsible for any personal or property damages or accidents.

REFUNDS AND CASH VOUCHERS:
1. The RM25 ticket fee will be converted into an RM25 Cash Voucher upon attendance at the event.
2. The RM25 Cash Voucher is valid for redemption during the event period from 25 - 28 June 2026 and can be redeemed with any purchase of all collection or merchandise.
3. The cash voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other payment method.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PHOTOGRAPHY:
1. CalaQisya retains all intellectual property rights related to the event, including but not limited to branding, logos, and copyrighted material.
2. Photography, video recording, and other forms of recording are allowed only with the permission of the event organizer.
3. Any unauthorized use of such recordings may result in legal action.
