- Inners such as the under series, under scarves, handy and such are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or parcel processing error.
- Sale items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
- Incorrect washing, storing, or ironing methods may cause product damage and will not be entertained.
- Due to lighting effects, monitor brightness, contrast setting, etc., there could be slight differences in the colour tone of the pictures and the actual item.
- Hand wash for better care.
- Do not add softener.
- Avoid using harsh fabric wash.
- Add detergent according to the package directions.
- Only a non-chlorine, colour-safe bleach may be used.
- Wash light color separately.
- For higher durability of nano-finished fabric, avoid bleaching. No bleaching product should be used including detergent with bleach.
- Machine wash cold.
- Hang dry after wash, & indoors for usual drying procedures without machinery.
- Regular ironing (if needed) and may be performed at any available temperature with or without steam is acceptable.
- Do not dry-clean.
- Avoid drying outdoor to minimize the possibility of oxidization of the active ingredient.

Singapore / Brunei / other countries orders are ship using SF Express or Aramex. Order processing will take 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) before being shipped out. Once it has been picked up, the transit time will take around 7-14 days.
